Welcome + Agreement

By purchasing or accessing any product, course, or service from Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

These Terms apply to all offers sold through our official checkout platforms, including Kartra, Stripe, or PayPal, as well as any promotional links shared by Whitney McQuade or The Female Entrepreneur Community®.

By checking the box or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, templates, designs, graphics, and written materials provided by the Company are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of our materials without written permission.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Copy or share course materials with others who have not purchased access
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with our websites or systems
Misrepresent yourself or your business

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund and potential legal action.

3. Sale of Goods & Services

We sell digital products, online programs, memberships, and related services, including The Front Row VIP Membership and the AI Leaders Room upgraded tier. All product details, pricing, and inclusions are described on their respective sales pages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Kartra, Stripe, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount or agreed payment plan.

Payment Plan Terms:

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full.
Access to digital programs may be paused or revoked if a payment fails or is overdue.
Failed payments that remain unpaid beyond 5 days may incur a $25 reprocessing fee.

Membership Upgrades:

If you upgrade from The Front Row VIP Membership to The Front Row + AI Leaders Room tier, your existing subscription will be cancelled and replaced with the new membership at the upgraded price. You will not be billed for both simultaneously.

No Chargebacks or Disputes:

Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase (or as stated for pre-sales), you agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider. If a dispute is filed, it will be considered a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue collection or legal action.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, memberships, or courses under any circumstance. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.

6. Disclaimer

Our programs, templates, and trainings are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial results, business outcomes, or earnings. Results depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, and market conditions. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own business success and decisions.

7. Memberships & Subscriptions

Some services, including The Front Row VIP Membership, The Front Row + AI Leaders Room, and the AI Leaders Room, renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@thefecmembership.com. Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Third-Party Memberships:

The AI Leaders Room is operated by Crystal Cremers and The Online Digital Network, offered in partnership with The Female Entrepreneur Community®. Access to the AI Leaders Room is subject to its own terms and conditions available at aileadersroom.com. Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited is not responsible for the delivery, content, or policies of the AI Leaders Room.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our site or products. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our materials.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Whitney McQuade Consulting Limited and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of New Brunswick.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the “Effective Date” will be updated. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted means you accept the new version.
